John Martinka is known as The Escape Artist® because of the work he does in three areas:

John is the author of three books, If They Can Sell Pet Rocks Why Can't You Sell Your Business (For What You Want)?, Company Growth by Acquisition Makes Dollars & Sense, and Buying a Business That Makes You Rich. John’s specialty is working with family owned companies (typically with sales of $1-25MM annually) and with people who would like to buy a business.
Our experience and due diligence systems allow us to quickly analyze a company and prevent mistakes. Knowledge and experience, along with exceptional communication skills helps put together fair deals.
He was a co-founder of “Partner” On-Call Network and works with numerous non-profits and twice was a Rotary Club President. In 2005 he started a Rotary project in conjunction with the Bellevue School district to install computer labs in schools. Over 3,000 computers have been donated and installed in Slovakia, Turkey and, since 2008, Antigua and Barbuda.
These same skills allow us to quickly implement positive change in companies not fulfilling their potential. Other affiliations allow us to help clients sell family owned businesses with sales above $2 million. We work with our clients to plan for the sale and prepare the company so it receives the maximum price.
John is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Consulting and the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club as part of Rotary International and agrees to comply with their codes of ethics and conduct without qualification or reservation.
